Service Description

Come along to Maitri Studio and learn some lovely baby yoga. Age ranging for these sessions is eight weeks until eight months. Baby yoga is a lovely time to bond with your baby, it's also a great chance for you to meet other parents and babies too. It isn't yoga in the traditional sense, as all of the moves are focused on your baby and their development. There are so many wonderful benefits to practicing on your little one, it promotes relaxation stimulates the brain develops baby's confidence improves muscle development engages baby's core and key reflexes most importantly, it's alot of fun looking forward to seeing you soon
