TERMS AND CONDITIONS

BOOKING

- make sure to check all dates and times carefully before booking.

​

- baby massage is suitable for babies aged 6 weeks until actively crawling. 

​

- baby yoga is suitable for babies at least 8 weeks old, and babies attending yoga MUST have their 8 week check with their doctor before attending their first session.

​

- the booking price is for 5 weekly sessions and is paid in advance to secure booking.

​

- The Nurtured Baby Hub will contact you to confirm payment. 

​

- If you or your baby have any medical conditions, it is your responsibility to seek your doctor's advice and get their approval before attending the sessions.

CANCELLATIONS

- after payment is received refunds are not available.

​

- should you need to cancel your booking before the sessions begin, you may transfer your place to someone else. This should be done independently of The Nurtured Baby Hub, but we must always be kept informed of such changes. 

​

- any classes you miss on your session are unable to be refunded individually and cannot be transferred to another person. 

​

- The Nurtured Baby Hub reserve the right to cancel a course or a single session due to unforeseen circumstances or if minimum numbers are not met.

SAFTEY 

​

​

- the oil supplied for baby massage is 100% organic, cold pressed sunflower oil. it is the parent's responsibility to carry out a patch test 24 hours before using.

​

- if you or your baby have any allergies, it is your responsibility to inform me before you attend so I am fully aware.

​

- the Nurtured Baby Hub are not liable for any loss, damage or injury that may occur during the sessions. In no event will The Nurtured Baby Hub / Cecilia Rushe be liable to you for any claims as a result.

- when attending any sessions at The Nurtured Baby Hub you are fully responsible over the health, safety and wellbeing of yourself and your baby.
